ESP provides global engineering, logistical and operational support for Force XXI Battle Command Brigade and Below/Blue Force Tracking (FBCB2/BFT). ESP and our teammates have been supporting PM FBCB2 since 2001 and provide a globally dispersed workforce supporting FBCB2/BFT with Field Service Representatives, Instructors, Logisticians, Master Installers along with operational and engineering support personnel. ESP’s PM FBCB2 customers include the United States Marine Corps, United States Navy, United States Air Force, Coalition Partners and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) as well as other United States Army Project Managers and Commands.

The GSA IT schedule provides a full range of services including resources and facilities management, database planning and design, systems analysis and design, network services, programming, conversion and implementation support, network services project management, data/records management, and other services.

NATO Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA)
NATO C3 Agency Basic Ordering Agreements are an ESP acquisition instrument negotiated between our company and NC3A on behalf of NATO in accordance with the referential NATO guidelines and procedures. ESP offers logistic and engineering support under the NATO BOA.
